掩蔽性Chirp-听性脑干反应在听力障碍婴幼儿听阈评估中的应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨掩蔽性Chirp-听性脑干反应(ABR)在听力障碍婴幼儿听阈评估中的应用价值。方法选取年龄为0.5~4.5岁(中位年龄1.8岁)的听力障碍婴幼儿31例(52耳)。检测所有患儿在0.5、1、2和4 kHz 4个频率下的掩蔽性Chirp-ABR和行为测听阈值,并进行对比。结果掩蔽性Chirp-ABR/行为测听的听阈差为3.2~5.5 dB,两者的相关系数(r值)为0.84~0.93。在4个频率下,掩蔽性Chirp-ABR与行为测听的差值在10 dB以下的比例较高,尤其是中-低频。结论掩蔽性Chirp-ABR可较准确地评估听力障碍婴幼儿的听阈,特别是在中-低频段。 Objective To evaluate the value of masked Chirp auditory brainstem response(masked Chirp-ABR)as objective threshold estimations in young children with hearing loss.Methods Thirty-one young children(52 ears)aged from 0.5 to 4.5 years(median age of 1.8 years)with mild to severe hearing loss were enrolled.In all cases,thresholds were estimated using masked Chirp-ABR and behavior audiometry at four frequencies(0.5,1,2,4 kHz),and the results of auditory thresholds were analyzed.Results The threshold differences and r values obtained from masked Chirp-ABR/behavior audiometry were 3.2-5.5 dB and 0.93-0.84,respectively.Moreover,the difference value between masked Chirp-ABR and behavior audiometry had high percentage of cases below 10 dB at four frequencies,especially at low-middle frequencies.Conclusions The use of masked Chirp-ABR ensures high accuracy for estimating thresholds in young children,especially at lowmiddle frequencies.
