周围性眩晕患者疾病不确定感与社会支持的相关性

Relationship between uncertainty in illness and social support in patients with peripheral vertigo

目的调查周围性眩晕患者疾病不确定感的现况,并探讨其与社会支持的相关性。方法采用便利抽样法,选取2021年12月~2022年2月于复旦大学附属眼耳鼻喉科医院就诊的167例周围性眩晕患者为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、Mishel疾病不确定感量表(MUIS)、社会支持评定量表(SSRS)进行问卷调查。结果周围性眩晕患者的MUIS总分为(74.24±11.11)分,处于中等偏高水平,SSRS总分为(41.07±7.46)分。周围性眩晕患者MUIS总分及复杂性、不明确性维度得分与SSRS总分及3个子维度得分均呈负相关(P值均<0.05)。结论周围性眩晕患者的疾病不确定感与社会支持密切相关,临床工作者应引导患者主动寻求有力的社会支持,以改善患者的疾病不确定感。

Objective To investigate the status of illness uncertainty in patients with peripheral vertigo,and to explore its correlation with social support.Methods By convenience sampling,167 patients with peripheral vertigo were selected from December 2021 to Februry 2022 and the general information questionnaire,Mishel Uncertainty in Illness Scale(MUIS)and Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS)were performed.Results The MUIS score was 74.24±11.11,which was at a medium level.The SSRS score was 41.07±7.46.The total score of MUIS and its two dimensions(ambiguity,complexity)were negatively correlated with the total score of SSRS and its three dimensions(P<0.05).Conclusions The uncertainty in illness of patients with peripheral vertigo was closely related to social support.Patients should be guided to seek strong social support actively,so as to alleviate the uncertainty in illness.
