摘要
离合器控制是AMT系统控制的核心关键,实现对离合器位置的精确控制是保证离合器寿命、提高AMT换挡舒适性的重要因素,而气动离合器由于气体本身的可压缩特性,导致离合器位置控制具有非线性、滞后性和超调现象,单纯依靠PID控制无法解决位置超调问题。故本文提出一种预测性气动AMT离合器位置精确控制方法,通过扭矩控制确定离合器目标位置,基于离合器目标位置,以离合器实际位置为反馈信号通过PID控制器实现离合器位置闭环控制,对离合器目标位置和实际位置相互关系、位置变化率等参数信息进行识别,寻找恰当时机提前开启离合器相应电磁阀实现预测性控制,从而减小气动离合器超调现象,提高换挡舒适性。
Clutch control is the core of AMT system control. The accurate control of clutch position is an important factor to ensure clutch life and improve AMT shift comfort. However, due to the compressibility of the gas itself, the position control of the pneumatic clutch has nonlinear, hysteresis and overshoot phenomena. It is impossible to solve the position overshoot problem simply by relying on PID control. Therefore, this paper proposes a predictive accurate position control method of the pneumatic AMT clutch. The target position of the clutch is determined through torque control. Based on the target position of the clutch, the actual position of the clutch is used as the feedback signal to realize the closed-loop control of the clutch position through the PID controller. The relationship between the target position of the clutch and the actual position, the position change rate and other parameter information are identified, and the corresponding solenoid valve of the clutch is opened in advance at the appropriate time to realize predictive control, so as to reduce the overshoot of the pneumatic clutch. Improve shift comfort.
