摘要
本文基于我司某主动悬架系统开发的可靠性验证需求,通过采集用户使用的几类典型工况,结合“Coffin-Manson”理论模型并基于用户关联,制定出悬架系统功能耐久的真实寿命目标与加速方法,建立可执行的台架耐久试验方案,为项目的系统试验验证提供可靠的支持与保障。
Based on the reliability verification requirements of an active suspension system developed by our company, through collecting several types of typical working conditions of customer, combined with the " Coffin-Manson" theoretical model and based on user associations, the actual functional durability of the suspension system is formulated. Life goals and acceleration methods have established an executable bench durability test plan, which provides reliable support and guarantee for the system test verification of the project.
