某2所高等医学院校肿瘤专业硕士人文关怀能力现状及影响因素

Current Situation and Influencing Factors of Caring Ability of Cancer Masters in Two Medical Colleges

目的:调查新疆2所高等医学院校肿瘤专业医学生人文关怀能力现状并分析其影响因素,制定切实可行的培训计划,提高肿瘤专业硕士关怀能力,从而提高肿瘤患者的生命质量。方法:采用整群抽样法对新疆2所高等医学院校286名肿瘤专业医学生使用人文关怀能力量表开展横断面调查,应用t检验、方差分析、多元回归分析等方法进行数据分析。结果:新疆2所高等医学院校肿瘤专业硕士人文关怀能力得分为(171.31±15.60)分,处于中等偏下水平;各维度得分最高的为人际关系技能,得分最低的为认知技能;多元回归分析显示年级、被关怀的体验及社会实践经验是影响肿瘤专业硕士人文关怀能力的重要因素。结论:新疆2所高等医学院校肿瘤专业医学生人文关怀能力处于中等偏下水平;提升社会支持和增加社会实践是目前需解决的问题。

Objective:To investigate the current situation of humanistic care ability of medical students majoring in oncology in two medical colleges in Xinjiang,analyze its influencing factors,formulate practical training plans,improve the care ability of master of oncology,and improve the quality of life of cancer patients.Methods:A cross-sectional survey was conducted among 286 medical students majoring in oncology from two medical colleges in Xinjiang by cluster sampling.The data were analyzed by t-test,analysis of variance and multiple regression analysis.Results:The score of humanistic care ability of master of oncology in two medical colleges and universities in Xinjiang was 171.31±15.60,which was at the lower middle level;The highest score of each dimension is interpersonal skills,and the lowest score is cognitive skills;Multiple regression analysis showed that grade,caring experience and social practice experience were important factors affecting the humanistic care ability of master of oncology.Conclusion:The humanistic care ability of medical students majoring in oncology in two medical colleges and universities in Xinjiang is at the lower middle level;Improving social support and increasing social practice are the problems to be solved at present.
