内镜技术在消化道早癌诊疗中的应用进展

Application Progress of Endoscopic Technique in Diagnosis and Treatment of Early Gastrointestinal Cancer

近年来,胃肠道肿瘤的发生依然处于高位,尤其是结直肠癌和胃癌的发生率居高不下。胃肠镜的检查是目前明确胃肠道肿瘤,尤其是早期胃肠肿瘤最为重要的手段。随着内镜技术和镜下诊治技术的不断优化及发展,消化内镜的应用也越来越广泛,消化内镜显著提高了早期胃肠道癌变的诊断效率,同时使得胃肠道疾病患者的治疗更加安全、微创、经济,故其已成为胃肠道早期癌症的主要诊治工具。本文就内镜技术在消化道早癌诊疗的应用进展作一综述。

In recent years,the incidence of gastrointestinal tumors is still at a high level,especially the incidence of colorectal cancer and gastric cancer remains high.Gastrointestinal endoscopy is currently the most important method to identify gastrointestinal tumors,especially early gastrointestinal tumors.With the continuous optimization and development of endoscopic technology and endoscopic diagnosis and treatment technology,the application of digestive endoscopy has become more and more extensive.Digestive endoscopy has significantly improved the diagnosis efficiency of early gastrointestinal cancers,and at the same time,it has made patients with gastrointestinal diseases more effective.The treatment is safer,less invasive and more economical,so it has become the main tool for the diagnosis and treatment of early stage cancers of the gastrointestinal tract.This article reviews the application progress of endoscopic technology in the diagnosis and treatment of early gastrointestinal cancer.
