In June 2022,Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida attended the 2022 NATO Summit in Madrid and delivered a speech.This is the first time for a Japanese Prime Minister to attend the NATO Summit,marking a new level of security cooperation between Japan and Europe.In recent years,Japan has enhanced its security cooperation with Europe.
