三峡库区调控下泄水期支流浮游植物生长限制因子解析 被引量:2

摘要 以三峡库区支流御临河为研究对象,于2019年8月在御临河河口进行原位浮游植物生长营养盐添加实验.研究发现,单独添加氮或磷营养盐并不能显著促进御临河水体中浮游植物的生长,浮游植物生物量最高时分别为初始值的1.8倍和2.3倍,与对照相比差异无统计学意义;氮、磷共同添加组中浮游植物生长明显,其生物量最高时分别为初始值的5.7倍和8.2倍,显著高于对照组.结果表明:御临河富营养化是由氮和磷共同限制的,且磷是主要的限制因子;当硝酸盐质量浓度在1.050 mg/L,磷酸盐质量浓度在0.220 mg/L以下时,有望在泄水期控制浮游植物的生长速率;通过分析营养盐添加组中钾离子与叶绿素a的关系发现,在一定钾离子质量浓度范围(3.45~21.62 mg/L)内,叶绿素a质量浓度随着钾离子质量浓度的升高呈先增后减的趋势,拐点出现在K^(+)质量浓度为15 mg/L左右,因此推测水体中低质量浓度钾离子可能促进了浮游植物的生长,而以往大部分研究中的营养盐添加方式可能忽略了钾离子对浮游植物的影响. In this study,the limited nutrient for phytoplankton growth in estuary of the Yulin River,a tributary of the Three Gorges Reservoir,was assessed in the flood season in Aug 2019.The results showed that the growth of phytoplankton in the Yulin River displayed weak linkage with only nitrogen or phosphorus nutrient.The biomass of phytoplankton with addition of nitrogen or phosphorus nutrient was 1.8 and 2.3 times higher than their initial value,respectively,but was no significant difference in comparison to that of control.Simultaneously supplement of nitrogen and phosphorus triggered substantial increase of the phytoplankton growth,and the maximum biomass of phytoplankton was 5.7 and 8.2 folds than the initial value,respectively,which displayed significant difference with control.The results indicated that the eutrophication state of the Yulin River was influenced by both nitrogen and phosphorus,and phosphorus was the primary limiting factor.It was also suggested that the growth rate of phytoplankton in Yulin River could be likely controlled when the nitrate concentration was below 1.050 mg/L and phosphate concentration was below 0.220 mg/L.Through analyzing the relationship between K+and Chl a concentration,the study found that the Chl a concentration increased firstly but then decreased with the increase of K+concentration from 3.45 to 21.62 mg/L.The threshold of K+concentration that caused the maximum Chl a increase was 15 mg/L.Therefore,we speculated that the low concentration of available K^(+)in the river may promote the growth of phytoplankton,while the effect of K+on phytoplankton growth was ignored in most previous studies with the nutrient addition method.
