Determination of Four Pesticides in Paddy Field Water by QuEChERS Pretreatment Combined with Liquid Chromatography Tandem Mass Spectrometry

摘要 本文提出了一种准确、高效测定稻田水中4种农药的分析方法,优化方法后,稻田水样经QuEChERS提取包和净化包处理并经液相色谱-串联质谱法(LC-MS/MS)测定,用空白样品基质液配标。结果表明,浓度在0.5~100.0μg/L范围内时线性关系良好,R^(2)为0.9986~0.9998。对空白水样进行5、20、50μg/L 3个水平加标(n=6)开展回收试验,平均回收率都在90%以上,RSD范围为1.13%~8.97%。说明此方法可用于稻田水中此4种农药残留的测定。 In this paper,an accurate and efficient analysis method for the determination of four pesticides in paddy field water was proposed.After the optimization of the method,the paddy field water samples were treated with QuEChERS extraction kits and purification kits,and then determined by liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS),the blank sample matrix solution was used to prepare the standard.The results showed that when the sample concentration was in the range of 0.5-100.0μg/L,the linear relationship was good,and R^(2)was 0.9986-0.9998.The recovery test was carried out by adding standard(n=6)at three levels(5,20,50μg/L)for the blank water sample,the average recovery rates were all above 90%,and the RSD range was 1.13%-8.97%.This method could be used for the determination of these four pesticide residues in paddy field water.
