摘要
以病死牛病变肺脏组织为研究对象,通过革兰氏染色和PCR鉴定确定多杀性巴氏杆菌分离株的血清型,进行分离菌株的小鼠致病性试验和药敏试验。结果表明:该分离菌株为未知型多杀性巴氏杆菌,对硫酸阿米卡星、左氧氟沙星、硫酸庆大霉素、乳酸环丙沙星高度敏感;小鼠多杀性巴氏杆菌最小致死量为1.2×10^(8)CFU/m L。
In this paper,diseased lung tissue of dead cattle was taken as the research object.The serotype of Pasteurella multocida isolated strain was determined by Gram′s stain and PCR identification,and then pathogenicity testand drug sensitivity test of the isolated strain were carried out in mice.The results showed that the isolated strain wasPasteurella multocida of unknown type,which was highly sensitive to amikacin sulfate,levofloxacin,gentamycin sulfateand ciprofloxacin lactate.The minimum lethal dose of Pasteurella multocida in mice was 1.2×10^(8)CFU/m L.
