摘要
针对电子纸产品多样化的应用模式,以及长寿命使用条件下的可靠性、全环境适应性等特点,提出了体积小、重量轻、容量高、寿命长、使用温度范围广的电池方案,阐述了锂-二氧化锰软包装电池的结构和化学原理,并从容量、低温性能、脉冲性能及可靠性等方面对不同电池性能进行对比,对电子纸产品设计工程师选型调研电源方案具有指导意义。
Aimed at the diversified application modes of e-Paper products,also the reliability and environmental adaptability under the condition of long service life.In this paper,a battery situation with small size,light weight,high capacity,long service life and wide temperature range is proposed.The structure and chemical principle of lithium-manganese dioxide flexible packaging battery are described,and the performance of different situations is compared from the aspects of capacity,low temperature performance,pulse performance and reliability.It has guiding significance for e-Paper design engineers to select and investigate battery supply schemes.
