摘要
为推动电子纸产业持续高速发展,基于电子纸生产工艺与流程介绍,论述电子纸显示模组制造装备从人工半自动到局部全自动再到整线全自动的演进历程,对比历次技术升级之后的生产效率量化提升,并通过与产业高速增长节点的拟合分析,得出新兴产业生产技术迭代与产业市场规模化增长之间的互为呼应关系,为新兴产业的快速发展提供参考依据。
Through the introduction of e-paper production technology and process,this paper discusses in detail the evolution of e-Paper display module manufacturing equipment from manual semi-automatic to partial automatic to fullline automatic,compares the quantitative improvement of production efficiency after previous technological upgrading,through the fitting analysis with the industrial high-speed growth node,it is concluded that the production technology iteration of the emerging industry and the scale growth of the industrial market echo each other,which provides a reference basis with practical significance and value for the rapid development of the emerging industry.
