植物生长调节剂对甜樱桃吉塞拉6号扦插生根的影响

Effects of Plant Growth Regulators on Cutting Rooting of Sweet Cherry Gisela 6

本文以常用甜樱桃砧木吉塞拉6号为试验材料,采用穴盘嫩枝扦插方式,研究IAA、IBA、NAA这3种植物生长调节剂对吉塞拉6号的成活率、生根率、根粗、根长、须根等指标的影响。结果表明:在适宜的管理条件下,采用1000 mg/L IAA+1000 mg/L IBA的混合生长调节剂速蘸插条7~8 s后,吉塞拉6号嫩枝扦插效果最佳,其生根率能达到97.87%,平均根粗可以达到2.81570 mm,平均根长为65.39280 mm,单个不定根上的最多须根数较多,平均每株带须根的不定根数和平均每株须根数比其他处理多。

This paper took the common sweet cherry rootstock Gisela 6 as the test material,used the method of plug twigs cuttage,studied the effects of IAA,IBA,NAA on the survival rate,rooting rate,root diameter,root length,fibrous root and other indicators of Gisela 6.The results showed that under the appropriate management conditions,after the mixed growth regulator of 1000 mg/L IAA+1000 mg/L IBA was used to dip the cuttings quickly for 7-8 s,Gisela 6had the best twigs cuttage effect,its rooting rate could reach 97.87%,the average root diameter could reach 2.81570 mm,the average root length was 65.39280 mm,the maximum number of fibrous roots on a single adventitious root was large,the average number of adventitious roots with fibrous roots per plant and the average number of fibrous roots per plant were more than those in other treatments.
