遮阴条件下金边瑞香不同光响应曲线拟合模型的比较

摘要 为利用数学模型拟合金边瑞香光响应曲线来探究金边瑞香光合特性,比较分析了指数函数模型、直角双曲线模型、直角双曲线修正模型和非直角双曲线模型模拟金边瑞香的光响应曲线的拟合度,同时比较了不同遮阴条件下金边瑞香的光响应曲线和光合特性。结果表明,4种典型的光响应模型中直角双曲线修正模型适用于金边瑞香光响应曲线模拟,且决定系数在0.99以上。综合分析比较数据,直角双曲线修正模型对金边瑞香光响应曲线拟合效果最好,在高强光条件下,结果更加准确,可作为拟合金边瑞香的光响应曲线。此外,一定的遮阴有利于金边瑞香光合利用。 In order to investigate the photosynthetic characteristics of Daphne odora var.marginata Mak by simulating the light response curve through mathematical model,the fitting degree of the light response curve of Daphne odora var.marginata simulated by exponential function model,rectangular hyperbolic model,modified rectangular hyperbolic model and non-rectangular hyperbolic model were compared and analyzed,and the light response curve and photosynthetic characteristics of Daphne odora var.marginata under different shade conditions were compared.The results showed that among the four typical optical response models,only the modified rectangular hyperbolic model was suitable for the simulation of the light response curve of Daphne odora var.marginata,and the determination coefficient was above 0.99.After comprehensive analysis and comparison of the data,the modified rectangular hyperbolic model has the best fitting effect on the light response curve of Daphne odora var.marginata,and the results were more accurate under high and strong light conditions,so it could be used to simulate the light response curve of Daphne odora var.marginata.At the same time,a certain degree shade was beneficial to the growth of Daphne odora var.marginata.
