摘要 开放大学作为新型高等教育形态之一,对我国构建服务全民终身学习的教育体系和实现学习型大国的宏伟目标举足轻重。在国内开放大学迈过第一个十年之际,如何评价开放大学挂牌以来的发展成果,对其当前定位与未来发展至关重要。笔者认为以下开放大学评价五问值得考量:一是什么样的评价才是对开放大学最好的评价,二是什么样的评价应该成为开放大学最看重的评价,三是什么样的评价最能体现开放大学的作用与地位,四是什么样的评价最能推动开放大学的高质量发展,五是什么样的评价最能展现开放大学的精神品质与社会价值。以评价促发展并理顺开放大学面临的核心问题与时代任务,对凝聚开放大学力量,实现开放大学的体系化、特色化发展具有事半功倍的重要意义。 As a relatively new form of higher education, the Open University has a pivotal role in building an education system that serves lifelong learning for all and in achieving the ambitious goal of a learning nation. Celebrating the first 10th anniversary of the opening university in China, it is important to evaluate its achievements since its establishment to determine its current position and future development. The author believes that the following five questions are essential and worth considering:(1) what evaluation is the best evaluation of the Open University;(2) what evaluation should be the most important evaluation of the Open University;(3) what evaluation can best reflect the role and status of the Open University;(4) what evaluation can best promote the high-quality development of the Open University;and(5) what evaluation can best demonstrate the spiritual quality and social value of the Open University. It is important to use evaluation to promote development and to rationalize the core issues and tasks facing the Open University, which will be of great significance in gathering the strength of the Open University and in achieving systematic and significant development of the Open University.
