囊泡在冠状动脉钙化过程中的作用

摘要 冠状动脉钙化是导致冠心病发生的重要因素,此过程即为冠状动脉内的矿物质在血管管壁的异常沉积,其机制较为复杂,与钙磷代谢、细胞调节等相关。囊泡是由磷脂双分子层构成的封闭结构,由细胞产生,具有转运生物学物质、调节细胞功能等作用,不同来源的囊泡其功能也有所不同。冠状动脉钙化的过程有囊泡参与其中,在此过程中囊泡亦起到了调节、运输等作用,囊泡或许可作为诊断、预测冠状动脉钙化的新标记物,并对冠状动脉钙化的治疗发挥作用。笔者主要对囊泡在冠状动脉钙化过程中的作用进行综述。 Coronary artery calcification is an important factor leading to coronary heart disease.This process is the abnormal deposition of minerals in the coronary artery on the vessel wall.Its mechanisms are complex,which are related to calcium and phosphorus metabolism,cell regulation and so on.Vesicles are closed structures composed of phospholipid bilayer,which are produced by cells.They have functions such as transporting biological substances and regulating cell functions,and the functions of vesicles from different sources are also different.The process of coronary artery calcification involves vesicles,which also play a role in regulation and transportation.Vesicles may be used as a new marker to diagnose and predict coronary artery calcification,as well as to aid in its management.The author mainly reviews the function of vesicles in the process of coronary artery calcification.
