河北省自然保护区建设管理现状、问题分析及对策

Construction management situation,problem analysis and countermeasures of nature reserves in Hebei province

该文以河北省自然保护区为研究对象,通过收集资料、实地调查掌握了全省各级各类自然保护区建设管理现状。分析了河北省自然保护区的发展历程及41个自然保护区的分布情况,结合河北省自然保护区建设管理经验,总结了河北省自然保护区管理工作中取得的成效以及建设管理中存在的问题。并以当前建设国家公园为主体的自然保护地体系为背景,提出相应的解决对策,对自然保护区的可持续发展建设有着重要的意义。

This paper took nature reserves in Hebei province as the research object,and grasped the construction and management status of nature reserves at all levels in the province through data collection and field survey.The development process of nature reserves and the distribution of 41 nature reserves in Hebei province were analyzed. The achievements and problems in the management of nature reserves in Hebei province were summarized based on the experience of the construction and management of nature reserves in Hebei province.Based on the current construction of the national park as the main part of the natural protection system as the background,the corresponding solutions were put forward,which was of great significance to the sustainable development and construction of nature reserves.
