Objective To analyze the status of cognitive function and related risk factors in patients with brain tumors. Methods Eightyfive patients with brain tumors admitted to the hospital from January 2021 to April 2022 were selected as the research objects.Montreal Cognitive Assessment(MoCA)was used to evaluate the cognitive function of patients.Brain tumor patients with MoCA score≥26 were included in the normal group, and brain tumor patients with MoCA score<26 were included in the abnormal group.Baseline data questionnaire was used to record the general data of patients and compare them to find out the risk factors that may affect the cognitive function of cancer patients. Results Among 85 patients with brain tumor,45 had cognitive dysfunction(52.94%).There were significant differences in age, education level,WHO tumor pathological grade, anxiety and depression between the two groups(P<0.05).The results of multiple logistics regression analysis showed that older age, lower education level, higher WHO tumor pathological grade, accompanied by anxiety and depression were the risk factors of cognitive dysfunction in cancer patients(OR>1,P<0.05).Conclusions The incidence of cognitive dysfunction in cancer patients is high, which may be affected by risk factors such as older age, lower education level, higher tumor pathological grade, anxiety and depression.
