子宫内膜异位症采用醋酸亮丙瑞林微球治疗后的整体干预效果

Holistic nursing care of patients with endometriosis treated with Leuprorelin Acetate microspheres

目的研究醋酸亮丙瑞林微球治疗子宫内膜异位症(EMS)患者后的整体干预效果。方法数据取自天津市滨海新区塘活妇产医院2020年1月-2021年12月收治的70例EMS患者,采用“随机取样法”分为基础组(炔雌醇环丙孕酮片,n=35)、科研组(醋酸亮丙瑞林微球,n=35),治疗后均实行整体干预,两组临床疗效比较。结果用药前比较两组性激素指标、疾病恢复情况无差异,P>0.05;用药后与基础组比较,科研组FSH、LH、P及E2指标更低;BI评分更高,VAS评分更低;科研组有效率(97.14%)高于基础组(80.00%),χ^(2)=5.081,P=0.024,P<0.05(具有统计学意义)。结论EMS患者行醋酸亮丙瑞林微球治疗及整体干预可改善性激素水平、减缓疼痛并提高自理能力,促进疾病恢复、增强疗效,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of leuprolide acetate microspheres in the treatment of EMS endometriosis.Methods Data were collected from 70 patients with EMS admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were analyzed retrospectively,the"Random sampling method"was divided into basic group(ethinylestradiol cyproterone tablet,n=35)and scientific research group(leuprorelin acetate microspheres,n=35).The whole intervention was carried out after treatment.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in the indexes of sex hormone and the recovery of disease between the two groups before treatment,P>0.05.After treatment,the indexes of FSH,LH,P and E2 in the scientific research group were lower than those in the basic group,and the scores of BI were higher than those in the control group,the VAS score was lower and the response rate in the research group(97.14%)was higher than that in the basic group(80.00%),χ^(2)=5.081,P=0.024,P<0.05(statistically significant).Conclusion Leuprolide acetate microsphere therapy and whole intervention can improve the level of sexual hormone,relieve pain,improve self-care ability,promote disease recovery and enhance therapeutic effect in patients with EMS,which is worthy of praise.
