艾普拉唑片与莫沙必利联合治疗反流性食道炎的临床效果观察

Clinical effect of combination of eprazole tablets and Mosapride in treatment of reflux esophagitis

目的 评估艾普拉唑和莫沙必利联合治疗反流性食管炎(Reflux esophagitis,RE)的临床疗效.方法 将2019年5月-2021年5月来天津市滨海新区新城镇社区卫生服务中心就诊的72例RE患者纳入观察组,采用艾普拉唑和莫沙必利进行治疗.此外,将同时间段来该院诊治的72名RE患者作为对照组,采用奥美拉唑和莫沙必利联合治疗,观察比较两组的临床效果.结果 观察组主要症状缓解时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的临床疗效明显优于对照组,复发率低于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后主要症状评分较治疗前均显著降低(P<0.05),且观察组治疗后症状评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应少于对照组(P<0.05),两组患者的不良反应均不影响治疗效果.结论 艾普拉唑和莫沙必利联合治疗RE具有明显临床疗效,并可促进患者恢复,减少复发,具有显著临床应用价值.

Object ive To evaluate the clinical efficacy of combination of eprazole and Mosapride in the treatment of Reflux Esophagitis(RE).Methods 72 patients with RE who came to our hospital from May 2019 to May 2021 were included in the observation group and treated with eprazole and mosapride.In addition,72 patients with RE who came to our hospital at the same time were used as the control group and were treated with omeprazole and mosapride.The clinical effects of the two groups were observed and compared.Results The remission time of the main symptoms in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05),the clinical effect of the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the recurrence rate was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the main symptom score of the two groups was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.05),and the Symptom score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the adverse reaction of the observation group was less than that of the control group(P<0.05),the adverse reactions of the two groups did not affect the therapeutic effect.Conclusion The combination of Eprazole and Mosapride has a significant clinical effect on RE,and can promote the recovery of patients,reduce recurrence,has a significant clinical value.
