基于视频回授法宣教模式在泌尿系结石留置双J管术后患者中的应用价值

Application Value of Video Feedback Method in Health Education of Patients with Urolithiasis Retention with Double J Tube

目的 研究基于视频回授法宣教模式在泌尿系结石留置双J管术后患者中的应用价值.方法 选取2021年3月-2022年3月在南开大学附属天津市第四中心医院行激光碎石术+留置双J管术后患者68例为研究对象,按计算机数字表随机排序的方式分为研究组34例,对照组34例.其中研究组应用视频回授法进行健康宣教,对照组应用常规健康宣教.宣教干预后,对两组知-行-信水平评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、并发症总发生率进行比较.结果 宣教干预后研究组知-行-信水平评分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),研究组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),研究组患者并发症发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 视频回授法健康宣教模式可提高患者的知-信-行水平,改善患者焦虑抑郁的负性情绪,降低患者并发症的发生率,有助于提高患者生活质量.

Objective To study the application value of education mode based on video feedback method in patients after urinary calculi indwelling double J tube.Methods From March 2021 to March 2022,68 patients who underwent laser lithotripsy+indwelling double J tube in our hospital were selected as the research subjects,they were divided into 34 cases in the study group and 34 cases in the control group according to the random order of the computer digital table.Among them,the research group used the video feedback method to health education,the control group was given routine health education.After the education intervention,the scores of the level of knowledge,behavior and trust,Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)and the total incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results After the education intervention,the scores of the level of knowledge,behavior and trust in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The health education model of video feedback method can improve the level of knowledge,behavior of patients,reduce the negative emotions of anxiety and depression in patients,reduce the incidence of complications in patients,and help improve the quality of life of patients.
