仲景应用杏仁的规律探究

Study on the rules of almond application of Zhongjing

目的梳理张仲景用杏仁的规律,指导临床选方用药.方法基于《伤寒杂病论》,使用可视化方法对杏仁的用药规律、用法用量进行了探索.结果《伤寒杂病论》中杏仁用法分为"去皮尖"、"汤浸,去皮尖及两仁"、"去皮尖,熬,别作脂"、"去皮尖,炒"四种,主要功效可分为通降肺气、利水化痰、润肠通便、祛瘀生新四种.结论张仲景治疗疾病强调整体、灵活用药,对于杏仁的临床运用组方巧妙,配伍加减精当.

Objective Sorting out the rules of almond used by Zhang Zhongjing to guide clinical prescription medication.Methods Based on the febrile diseases,the medication rule,usage,and dosage of almond were explored by visual method.Results In the febrile diseases,the usage of almonds can be divided into four types:"peeling tip","soup immersion,peeling tip and two kernels","peeling tip,boiling,not making fat"and"peeling tip,frying".The main effects can be divided into four types:lowering lung qi,relieving diuresis and resolving phlegm,moistening the intestine and defecating stool,removing blood stasis and generating new ones.Conclusion Zhang Zhongjing emphasizes the holistic and flexible use of drugs in the treatment of diseases.The clinical application of almonds is ingenious and the compatibility is precise.
