摘要
目的探讨口腔科老年患者患龋的严重性与全身系统性疾病的联系,分析二者的正负相关联系,让人们能进一步了解口腔健康与全身健康的联系.方法选取2020年1月-2022年1月期间到广东省江门市人民医院就诊的200例老年口腔疾病患者,年龄均≥60周岁,行口腔相关检查,共确诊龋齿患者177例,根据是否为龋齿分为龋齿组(n=177例)和非龋齿组(n=23例).结果龋齿组患者的心血管疾病、脑血管疾病、糖尿病、呼吸系统疾病以及肾炎发病率均显著高于非龋齿组(P<0.05),去除患者年龄、病程等一般资料影响之后,心血管疾病、脑血管疾病、糖尿病、呼吸系统疾病、肾炎与龋齿之间都有着一定的关系;全身系统性疾病发病数量与龋齿数量呈正相关性.结论老年口腔疾病同全身系统性疾病发病情况具有显著相关性,龋齿越严重的老年患者越容易患有全身系统性疾病,因此临床应当重视老年患者的口腔健康宣教,引导老年患者重视口腔健康,以降低全身系统性疾病的发生几率或减轻系统性疾病.
Objective To explore the relationship between the severity of dental caries and systemic diseases in elderly patients in stomatology,and analyze the positive and negative correlation between them,so that people can further understand the relationship between oral health and systemic health.Methods 200 elderly patients with oral diseases who were admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to January 2022,who were all over the age of 60,underwent oral related examination.177 patients were diagnosed as dental caries.They were divided into caries group(n=177 cases)and non caries group(n=23 cases)according to whether they were caries.Results The incidence rate of nephritis in respiratory diseases was significantly higher than that in non caries group(P<0.05).After the general data such as age and duration,cardiovascular diseases,cerebrovascular diseases,diabetes,respiratory diseases,nephritis and dental caries were all related.There was a positive correlation between the number of systemic diseases and the number of dental caries.Conclusion There is a significant correlation between elderly oral diseases and the incidence of systemic diseases.The more serious dental caries,the more likely elderly patients are to suffer from systemic diseases.Therefore,clinical attention should be paid to the oral health education of elderly patients and guide elderly patients to pay attention to oral health,so as to reduce the incidence of systemic diseases or reduce systemic diseases.
