口腔种植修复治疗牙列缺损患者的咀嚼功能及其并发症分析

Analysis of masticatory function and complications of dental implant restoration in patients with dentition defect

目的分析研讨口腔种植修复治疗牙列缺损患者的咀嚼功能及其并发症的影响效果.方法选择天津市河西区河西口腔医院2020年11月-2021年11月收治的牙列缺损患者104例作为研究对象,将其随机分成对照组(52例)以及治疗组(52例),对照组实施常规修复治疗,治疗组实施口腔种植修复治疗.比较两组治疗后的咀嚼功能及其并发症发生情况.结果经一段时间的治疗,治疗组患者的咀嚼功能及其并发症发生情况均在一定程度上优于对照组,其差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论口腔种植修复治疗对牙列缺损患者具有积极的疗效,能够有效改善咀嚼功能,预防并发症的发生,值得在临床上广泛应用.

Objective To analyze the effects of dental implant restoration on masticatory function and complications in patients with dentition defects.Methods A total of 104 patients with dentition defects admitted to our hospital from November 2020 to November 2021 were selected and randomly divided into the control group(52 cases)and the treatment group(52 cases).The control group received conventional prosthodontic treatment,while the treatment group received oral implant prosthodontic treatment.The masticatory function and complications were compared between the two groups after treatment.Results After a period of treatment,the masticatory function and the incidence of complications in the treatment group were better than those in the control group to a certain extent,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Dental implant repair has a positive effect on patients with dentition defect,which can effectively improve masticatory function and prevent the occurrence of complications.It is worthy of being widely used in clinic.
