特殊使用级抗菌药物临床应用192例分析

Analysis of 192 cases of clinical application of antibiotics for special use

目的分析特殊使用级抗菌药物的使用情况,为临床合理使用特殊使用级抗菌药物提供参考依据.方法回顾性收集2021年10月-2022年7月使用特殊使用级抗菌药物的患者192例,汇总一般资料、微生物送检情况、病原学、特殊使用级抗菌药物DDDs、DUI等资料,并对其合理性进行评价.结果192例患者以男性居多,老年患者占比>70%.呼吸与重症医学科使用量大.微生物送检率为78.65%.亚胺培南用药频度1146.75.合理性评价方面用法用量合理率较低,为87.50%.结论特殊使用级抗菌药物碳青霉烯类使用量较大,微生物送检率略低于要求,存在不合理使用情况,仍需加强管理.

Objective To analyze the clinic use of antibiotics for special use and provide basis for rational drug use.Methods A retrospective study was conducted on 192 patients who use antibiotics for special use from October 2021 to July 2022.The general data,micro sample,etiology,DDDs,DUI and the other data were collected and the rationality of use was evaluated.Results The majority of 192 patients were male and the proportion of elderly patients was more than 70%.The consumption of respiratory medicine was large.The microbial inspection rate was 78.65%.The frequency of imipenem was 1146.75.The rationality rate of usage and dosage was 87.50%.Conclusion Carbapenems were used in a large amount in antibiotics for special use.The microbial inspection rate was slightly lower than the requirement and unreasonable use cases still existed.Therefore,management should be strengthened.
