Determination of nitrate and fluoride in drinking water by Ion Chromatography

摘要 目的为推广离子色谱法,研究通过离子色谱法测定饮用水中的硝酸盐和氟化物来突显离子色谱法的效能及作用,实现对饮用水中相关物质的准确测定.方法硝酸盐的测定以选取ICS-1100离子色谱仪为主,通过采集样品选取0.45μm微孔滤膜进行过滤,并通过IonPacAS19阴离子分离柱实现对饮用水中硝酸根离子的分离,并以电导检测器来检测实际含量.在饮用水中氟化物的离子色谱测定中,选用ICS-1100离子色谱仪,通过使用Chromeleon色谱工作站、IonPacAG19色谱保护柱与IonPacAS19阴离子分离柱,依据离子分离的原理进行色谱测定.结果该方法在测定饮用水中硝酸盐和氟化物时,具备良好的相关性(r>0.9990)与线性0.50-10.0mg/L,回收率范围在93.7%-103.0%.结论离子色谱法操作简便、便捷,具备较高灵敏度与精确性,且线性范围广,具备一定的现实应用价值与意义. Objective In order to popularize ion chromatography,the study highlights the efficiency and role of ion chromatography by studying the determination of nitrate and fluoride in drinking water by ion chromatography,and realizes the accurate determination of related substances in drinking water.Methods The determination of nitrate was mainly based on ICS-1100 ion chromatograph,and 0.45μm microporous filter membrane,and the nitrate ion in drinking water is separated by an lonPacAS19 anion separation column,and the actual content is detected by the application of a conductivity detector.In the ion chromatographic determination of fluoride in drinking water,ICS-1100 ion chromatograph is selected.According to the application of chromeleon chromatographic workstation,ionpacag19 chromatographic protection column and IonPacAS19 anion separation column,chromatographic determination is carried out according to the principle of ion separation.Results The method has good correlation(r>0.9990)and linearity(0.50-10.0mg/L)in the determination of nitrate and fluoride in drinking water,and the recovery is in the range of 93.7%-103.0%.Conclusion Ion chromatography is simple and convenient,with high sensitivity and accuracy,wide linear range,and has certain practical application value and significance.
