中药热奄包联合穴位贴敷对腰痛病患者疼痛程度及腰椎功能的影响

Effect of Chinese medicine hot election package combined with acupoint application on pain degree and lumbar function in patients with low back pain

目的观察中药热奄包联合穴位贴敷对腰痛病患者疼痛程度及腰椎功能的影响.方法选取江西中医药大学附属医院收治的80例腰痛病患者作为研究对象,选取时间为2020年2月-2022年2月,随机分为两组,即对照组、干预组,各40例,对照组给予常规干预措施,基于此,干预组进行中药热奄包联合穴位贴敷,干预30d;于干预前、干预15d、30d后,比较两组疼痛程度[视觉模拟评分法(VAS)];于干预前、干预30d,比较两组腰椎功能[Oswestry障碍指数问卷(ODI)、日本骨科协会评估治疗(JOA)].结果干预15d、30d,两组VAS评分显著降低,且干预组较对照组低,有统计学差异(P<0.05);干预后,两组ODI评分显著降低,JOA评分显著提高,且干预组JOA高于对照组,ODI评分低于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05).结论中药热奄包联合穴位贴敷应用于腰痛病患者中,可减轻其疼痛程度,改善腰椎功能,具有较高的应用价值.

Objective To observe the effect of Rean-anbao combined with acupoint application on pain degree and lumbar function in patients with low back pain.Methods A total of 80 patients with low back pain admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2020 to February 2022 were randomly divided into two groups:the control group and the intervention group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional intervention measures,and the intervention group was given TCM hot election package combined with acupoint application for 30 days.Before intervention,15 days and 30 days after intervention,the pain degree[visual analogue scale(VAS)]was compared between the two groups.Before intervention and 30 days after intervention,lumbar function[Oswestry Disability Index Questionnaire(ODI),Japanese Orthopaedic Association Assessment Treatment(JOA)]was compared between the two groups.Results The VAS scores of the two groups were significantly decreased at 15 and 30 days after intervention,and the intervention group was lower than the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).After intervention,the ODI score of the two groups was significantly decreased,and the JOA score of the intervention group was significantly increased,and the JOA score of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group,and the ODI score was lower than that of the control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Rexanbao combined with acupoint application in patients with low back pain can reduce the degree of pain and improve lumbar function,which has high application value.
