聚焦解决模式应用于高血压脑出血患者中的护理效果及对患者SCL-90评分的改善

Nursing Effect and Improvement of SCL-90 Score of Patients with Hypertensive Intracerebral Hemorrhage by Focusing on Solution Model

目的分析聚焦解决模式应用于高血压脑出血患者中的护理效果及对患者症状自评量表(SCL-90)评分的改善作用.方法收集2019年12月-2021年12月徐州市中心医院神经内二科收治的80例高血压脑出血患者,根据电脑数字表法进行随机分组,对照组40例行常规护理,观察组40例予以聚焦解决模式,对两组的神经功能、认知功能、病耻感及心理健康水平进行比较.结果护理后,观察组患者的格拉斯哥昏迷指数(GCS)评分为(11.25±2.01)分,高于对照组的(9.33±2.71)分,而观察组的美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分为(12.12±3.27)分,低于对照组的(15.23±3.49)分(P<0.05);观察组的智能精神状态检查量表(MMSE)评分为(26.81±2.44)分,高于对照组的(25.31±2.36)分,而观察组的改良爱丁堡-斯堪的纳维亚卒中评分量表(MESSS)评分为(18.95±2.47)分,低于对照组的(20.33±2.58)分(P<0.05);观察组的慢性疾病病耻感量表(SSCI)评分为(67.22±7.54)分,低于对照组的(71.72±7.52)分(P<0.05);观察组的SCL-90评分为(135.95±28.16)分,低于对照组的(150.58±30.22)分(P<0.05).结论聚焦解决模式应用于高血压脑出血患者中的护理效果显著,有助于改善患者神经功能与认知功能,缓解病耻感,并且促进心理健康水平提升.

Objective To analyze the nursing effect of the solution-focused model applied to patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage and the improvement effect on the patients'SCL-90 score.Methods 80 cases of patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage were admitted to the Second Department of Neurology of the Central Hospital from December 2019 to December 2021 were collected,randomly divided into two groups according to the computer digital table method.40 cases in the control group were given routine nursing care,40 cases in the observation group were given the focused solution mode.The neurological function,cognitive function,stigma and mental health of the two groups were compared.Resul ts After nursing,in the observation group,the GCS score was(11.25±2.01)points,which was higher than(9.33±2.71)points of the control group,while the NIHSS score of the observation group was(12.12±3.27)points,which was lower than(15.23±3.49)points of the control group(P<0.05).In the observation group,the MMSE score was(26.81±2.44)points,which was higher than(25.31±2.36)points of the control group,while the MESSS score of the observation group was(18.95±2.47)points,which was lower than(20.33±2.58)points of the control group(P<0.05).In the observation group,the SSCI score was(67.22±7.54)points,which was lower than(71.72±7.52)points of the control group(P<0.05).In the observation group,the SCL-90 score was(135.95±28.16)points,which was lower than(150.58±30.22)points of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing effect of the focused solution model applied to patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage is remarkable,which helps to improve the neurological and cognitive functions of patients,relieve stigma,as well as promote the improvement of mental health.
