1例肝癌(肝郁脾虚证)伴手足综合征及疼痛不寐患者的护理体会

Nursing experienceof a case of liver cancer(liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome)with hand-foot syndrome and pain insomnia

从1例肝癌(肝郁脾虚证)患者口服靶向药物后出现手足皮肤反应及疼痛不寐症状的护理过程中总结经验,通过使用耳穴压豆、中药外敷、穴位贴敷、五音疗法、耳部全息刮痧、雷火灸、辨证施膳等中医护理技术进行干预,有效缓解了患者手足皮肤反应、疼痛及不寐的症状,取得良好的效果.

From 1 case of hepatocellular carcinoma(liver spleen deficiency)in patients with oral targeted drugs,foot and skin reaction and pain after summing up experience,insomnia patients nursing process,through the use of ear beans,Chinese medicine external treatment,acupoint sticking therapy in tone,ear holographic scrapping,thunder fire moxibustion and dialectical food such as TCM nursing intervention technology,it can effectively relieve the symptoms of hand and foot skin reaction,pain and insomnia,and achieve good results.
