复方丹参滴丸对不稳定型心绞痛患者血流动力学和心功能指标的影响

Effects of Compound Danshen Dropping Pills on Hemodynamics and Cardiac Function in Patients with Unstable Angina Pectoris

目的探究复方丹参滴丸对不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)患者血流动力学和心功能指标的影响.方法选取2019年6月-2021年8月寻乌县人民医院收治的UAP患者80例作为研究对象,将所有患者按随机数字表法分为两组,各40例,对照组使用常规西药治疗,基于此,研究组加用复方丹参滴丸,两组连续治疗6个月.对比两组临床疗效、心功能指标[左室收缩末期容积(LESV)、左室舒张末期容积(LEDV)、左室射血分数(LVEF)]、血流动力学(血浆黏度、全血黏度、血小板聚集率、纤维蛋白原)水平及不良反应.结果研究组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组LEDV、LESV指标均低于对照组,LVEF指标高于对照组,血流动力学指标均低于对照组(P<0.05),两组不良反应发生率比较,差异不显著(P>0.05).结论UAP患者采用复方丹参滴丸治疗具有良好的临床疗效,可以改善患者心功能和血流动力学各项指标水平,且无明显不良反应,具有较高的临床应用价值,值得推广.

Objective To investigate the effect of Compound Danshen Dropping Pills on hemodynamics and cardiac function in patients with unstable angina pectoris(UAP).Methods A total of 80 UAP patients admitted to our hospital from June 2019 to August 2021 were selected,and all the patients were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine.Compound Danshen Dropping Pills,the two groups were continuously treated for 6 months.The clinical efficacy,cardiac function indicators[left ventricular end-systolic volume(LESV),left ventricular end-diastolic volume(LEDV),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)],hemodynamics(plasma viscosity,whole blood viscosity,Platelet aggregation rate,fibrinogen)level and adverse reactions.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<O.05);after treatment,the LEDV and LESV indexes of the study group were lower than those of the control group,the LVEF indexes were higher than those of the control group,and the hemodynamic indexes were lower than those of the control group(P<O.05).The incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was compared(P>0.05).Conclusion Compound Danshen Dropping Pills in the treatment of UAP patients has good clinical efficacy,can improve the cardiac function and hemodynamic index levels,and has no obvious adverse reactions.It has high clinical application value and is worthy of promotion.
