大补阴丸合二至丸治疗气阴两虚型慢性肾功能衰竭临床观察

Clinical Observation of Dabuyin Pill and Erzhi Pill in Treating Chronic Renal Failure with Deficiency of Qi and Yin

目的探讨大补阴丸合二至丸治疗气阴两虚型CRF的临床疗效.方法选取60例慢性肾功能不全患者进行回顾性分析,随机分成两组.对照组30例,常规治疗联合肾衰宁胶囊治疗;观察组30例,常规治疗联合大补阴丸合二至丸加减治疗.治疗3个月后比较两组患者的临床疗效、肌酐(Scr)、尿素氮(BUN)、24小时尿蛋白定量(Upro)、血红蛋白变化水平.结果就两组治疗效果进行评测,观察组评测值为76.7%,显著高于对照组的43.3%,P<0.05.治疗前组间各项实验室指标水平差异较小,P>0.05,治疗后两组血清Scr、BUN、Upro、Hb均有改善,但以观察组测定值更优,P<0.05.结论在常规治疗的基础上联合大补阴丸合二至丸治疗,提高了慢性肾衰的临床疗效,并明显改善了患者肾功能和贫血情况,值得临床应用.

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Dabuyinwan and Erzhiwan decoction in the treatment of Qiyinliangxu of Chronic renal failure.Methods The 60 patients with Qiyinliangxu of Chronic renal failure was randomly organized into two groups-the treatment group and the reference group.The reference group(30 cases)was treated by routine therapy combined with Shenshuaining capsule,while the treatment group(30 cases)was treated by routine therapy combined with Dabuyinwan and Erzhiwan decoction.After the treatment of 3 months,compare the clinical efficacy,serum creatinine(Scr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),24 hours urine protein quantitation(Upro)and hemoglobin(Hb)levels between the two groups.Results The total effective rate was 76.7% in the treatment group,which was significantly higher than 43.3% in the reference group(P<0.05).The levels of Scr,BUN,Upro in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05),and the levels of Hb in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of routine treatment,combined with Dabuyinwan and Eezhiwan decoction,the clinical effect of chronic renal failure is improved,and renal function and anemia are obviously improved.It is worthy of clinical application.
