中药外敷联合微波理疗在妇产科腹部手术切口愈合不良中的应用效果

Effect of external application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with microwave physiotherapy on poor healing of abdominal incision in obstetrics and gynecology

目的探究对于妇产科腹部手术切口愈合不良患者应用中药外敷联合微波理疗的临床疗效.方法研究对象来源于山东省滨州市中心医院2021年2月-2022年1月接受腹部手术导致切口愈合不良的73例患者,采用随机数字分组法分成两组,采用常规切口清创的患者为对照组,纳入37例,在常规切口清创基础上应用中药外敷联合微波理疗的患者为试验组,纳入36例,针对两组患者心理状况、疼痛程度、治疗效果及满意度进行对比分析.结果治疗后,试验组HAMA评分、HAMD评分及VAS评分为(7.64±1.08)分、(7.25±1.17)分、(2.12±0.46)分,低于对照组的(10.43±1.28)分、(10.18±1.32)分、(3.18±0.63)分,症状消失时间及住院时间分别为(4.32±1.04)d、(5.12±1.48)d,均短于对照组的(6.86±1.95)d、(8.32±2.25)d,切口愈合率100.00%高于对照组的78.38%,切口再次裂开率2.78%低于对照组的24.32%,且整体治疗的满意度97.22%明显优于对照组的72.97%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论针对妇产科腹部手术切口愈合不良应用中药外敷及微波理疗能有效提高切口愈合率,减轻切口疼痛,改善患者负性情绪,提升其满意度.

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of external application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with microwave physiotherapy for patients with poor healing of abdominal surgical incisions in obstetrics and gynecology.Methods The research subjects were from 73 patients with poor incision healing caused by abdominal surgery in our hospital from February 2021 to January 2022.They were divided into two groups by random number grouping.The patients who received conventional incision debridement were the control group,thirty-seven cases were included,and the patients who applied traditional Chinese medicine external application combined with microwave physiotherapy on the basis of conventional incision debridement were included in the experimental group,and 36 cases were included.Results The HAMA score,HAMD score and VAS score of the experimental group were(7.64±1.08)points,(7.25±1.17)points,(2.12±0.46)points,lower than those of the control group(10.43±1.28)points,(10.18±1.32)points and(3.18±0.63)points,the symptom disappearance time and hospitalization time were(4.32±1.04)d and(5.12±1.48)d shorter than those of the control group(6.86±1.95)d and(8.32±2.25)d.The incision healing rate was 100.00% higher than the control group's 78.38%,the incision redehiscence rate was 2.78% lower than the control group's 24.32%,and the overall treatment satisfaction was 97.22%,which was significantly better than the control group's 72.97%.The dfference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclus ion For the poor healing of abdominal surgical incision in obstetrics and gynecology,the application of external application of traditional Chinese medicine and microwave physiotherapy can effectively improve the incision healing,reduce incision pain,improve negative emotions,and improve satisfaction.
