阿司匹林与丙种球蛋白联合对改善川崎病患者免疫功能的价值

The value of aspirin combined with gamma globulin in improving immune function in patients with Kawasaki disease

目的分析川崎病患者接受阿司匹林联合静脉丙种球蛋白治疗的价值.方法筛选86例川崎病患者作为样本,样本选自2017年2月-2021年10月,作随机分组处理后按照1:1的比例分组,对照组43例样本给予丙种球蛋白治疗,观察组43例样本给予丙种球蛋白+阿司匹林治疗,对比两组临床疗效、血液指标、免疫功能.结果经治疗,观察组临床疗效(97.67%)测定值高于对照组(83.72%)(P<0.05);观察组WBC低于对照组,PLT、ESR高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)高于对照组(P<0.05).结论在川崎病患者治疗过程中将阿司匹林与静脉丙种球蛋白联合应用,既可提高病情控制效果,同时可促进患者免疫功能提升,值得借鉴.

Objective To analyze the value of aspirin combined with intravenous immunoglobulin in the treatment of Kawasaki patients.Methods Screening of 86 cases of kawasaki disease as sample,the sample was selected from February 2017 to October 2021.After make random grouping processing,they were divided into two groups according to the proportion of 1:1.The control group,43 cases of samples were treated with gamma globulin,and the observation group,43 cases samples were treated with gamma globulin and aspirin.The clinical curative effect,immune function,blood indicators were compared between two groups.Results The clinical efficacy of the observation group(97.67%)was higher than that of the control group(83.72%)(P<0.05).The WBC of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the PLT and ESR of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of CD3^(+),CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of aspirin and intravenous immunoglobulin in the treatment of Kawasaki patients can not only improve the effect of disease control,but also promote the immune function of patients,which is worthy of reference.
