基于微信平台的延续性护理在慢性肾衰动静脉内瘘术患者中的应用

Application of continuous nursing based on WeChat platform in patients with chronic renal failure arteriovenous fistula

目的探讨基于微信平台的延续性护理在慢性肾衰动静脉内瘘术后患者的应用效果.方法将2021年6月1日-2022年5月31日在滨州医学院附属医院行动静脉内瘘术的80例慢性肾功能衰竭患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组(40例)和观察组(40例),对照组采用常规护理,观察组采取基于微信平台的延续性护理.分别在干预前、干预后1个月、干预后3个月比较两组患者自体动静脉内瘘自我管理水平、AVF术后相关知识知晓率、AVF功能锻炼依从率及患者满意度情况.结果护理后观察组患者自体动静脉内瘘自我管理水平、AVF术后相关知识知晓率、功能锻炼依从率以及患者满意度等均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05).结论基于微信平台的延续性护理可以提高慢性肾衰动静脉内瘘患者的自我管理水平,减少并发症的发生,提高患者满意度.

Objective To investigate the application effect of continuity care based on WeChat plalform in patients with chronic renal failure arteriovenous fistula surgery.Methods A total of 80 patients with chronic renal failure who underwent venous fistula surgery in our hospital from June 1,2021 to May 31,2022 were divided into a control group(40 cases)and an observation group(40 cases)according to a random number table,the control group was given routine care,and the observation group was given continuous care based on the WeChat platform.Before the intervention,1 month after the intervention,and 3 months after the intervention,the self-management level of autologous arteriovenous fistula,the awareness rate of related knowledge after AVF,the compliance rate of AVF functional exercise and the patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the self-management level of autologous arteriovenous fistula,the awareness rate of related knowledge after AVF,the compliance rate of functional exercise,and the patient satisfaction in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclus ion Continuous care based on Wechat platform can improve the self-management level,improve satisfaction and reduce the occurrence of complications in patients with chronic renal failure arteriovenous fistula.
