摘要
目的探讨天麻素注射液联合盐酸倍他司汀对急性眩晕患者血流动力学指标的影响.方法选择2019年5月-2022年4月于赣州市中医院治疗的88例急性眩晕患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,各44例.对照组采用盐酸倍他司汀治疗,于对照组基础上,观察组加用天麻素注射液治疗.比较两组临床疗效、眩晕障碍量表(DHI)评分、血流动力学指标及不良反应.结果观察组治疗总有效率(95.45%)高于对照组(79.55%),治疗后观察组DHI评分为(30.03±5.72)分,低于对照组的(37.49±6.35)分,椎动脉(VA)的收缩期血流速度(Vs)为(28.46±7.05)cm/s、基底动脉(BA)的Vs为(37.98±7.60)cm/s,均高于对照组的(24.94±6.37)cm/s、(33.84±7.11)cm/s,有统计学差异(P<0.05);两组总不良反应发生率比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05).结论急性眩晕患者采用天麻素注射液与盐酸倍他司汀联合治疗可缓解眩晕症状,改善患者血流动力学指标,增加颅内血流速度,且不良反应并未增加.
Objective To investigate the effect of gastrodin injection combined with betahistine hydrochloride on hemodynamic indexes in patients with acute vertigo.Methods A total of 88 patients with acute vertigo who were treated in Ganzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from May 2019 to April 2022 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was treated with betahistine hydrochloride,and on the basis of the control group,the observation group was additionally treated with gastrodin injection.The clinical efficacy,Dizziness Disorder Inventory(DHI)score,hemodynamic indexes and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Resul ts The total effective rate(95.45%)of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(79.55%).After treatment,the DHI score of the observation group was(30.03±5.72)points,lower than that of the control group(37.49±6.35)points,the systolic blood flow velocity(Vs)of the artery(VA)was(28.46±7.05)cm/s,and the Vs of the basilar artery(BA)was(37.98±7.60)cm/s,which were higher than those of the control group(24.94±6.37)cm/s,(33.84±7.11)cm/s,there was a statistical difference(P<0.05);there was no statistical difference in the total adverse reaction rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclus ion The combined treatment of gastrodin injection and betahistine hydrochloride in patients with acute vertigo can relieve the symptoms of vertigo,improve the hemodynamic indexes,and increase the intracranial blood flow velocity,and the adverse reactions do not increase.
