后天脾损探讨2型糖尿病

Discussion on Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus from the Dysfunction of Acquired Spleen

近些年,糖尿病的发病趋势越发递增,然而西医用药尚未满意,中医对糖尿病认识研究颇为丰富,故而人们转向从传统中医药中寻求帮助。传统中医认为脾胃为后天之本,气血生化之源,人身脱离母体后的正常生命活动、生长发育均需后天脾胃的滋养、运化。胰附属于脾,脾胃受损时,水谷精微运化所需的脾主分泌的津液减少。脾的运化功能受损,导致胰岛素相对或绝对减少,血糖散溢血脉,引起糖尿病。

In recent years,the incidence of diabetes is increasing.However,western medicine has not yet achieved satisfactory clinical results,and Chinese medicine has rich knowledge of diabetes research,so people turn to seek help from traditional Chinese medicine.Spleen and stomach are the acquired foundation and the origin of qi and blood.Once the human body is separated from the uterus,its normal life activities,growth and development need the nourishment of the essence of Qi and blood transported by the spleen and stomach.The pancreas is attached to the spleen in TCM.When the spleen and stomach are damaged,the body fluid secreted by the spleen required for the micro transportation of water and grain essence is reduced.The transport and chemical function of the spleen is impaired,resulting in a relative or absolute reduction of insulin.And blood sugar to disperse overflowing blood vessels,causing diabetes.
