miR-3934-5p在胃癌患者中的表达情况及其与预后的关系

Expression of MiR-3934-5p in Gastric Cancer and its Relationship with Prognosis

目的探究miR-3934-5p在胃癌患者中的表达及其与临床病理特征和预后的关系。方法选取2019年2月~2020年2月收治的胃癌患者108例,收集全部患者的手术组织样本,分别获取患者的胃癌组织及癌旁正常组织,采用实时定量PCR对胃癌组织及癌旁组织中miR-3934-5p的表达水平进行测量。对患者进行为期12~24个月的随访,死亡23例为死亡组,其余85例为生存组,采用单因素分析和多因素COX回归模型对影响胃癌患者预后的因素进行分析。结果胃癌组织中miR-3934-5p的表达水平高于癌旁正常组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。单因素分析可见,死亡组与生存组的分化程度、浸润深度、淋巴结转移情况、远处转移情况、TNM分期及miR-3934-5p表达水平比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);将单因素分析中有统计学意义的指标作为因变量带入COX回归模型,结果显示低分化、浸润深度为T3+T4、淋巴结转移、远处转移、TNM分期Ⅲ+Ⅳ期、miR-3934-5p表达可作为影响胃癌患者预后的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论miR-3934-5p在胃癌组织中的表达水平较高,可作为影响胃癌患者短期预后的一个重要危险因素。

Objective To investigate the expression of miR-3934-5p in gastric cancer and analyze its relationship with clinicopathological features and prognosis.Methods A total of 108 patients with gastric cancer treated from February 2019 to February 2020 were selected in this study.Tissue samples were collected from patients after surgery.The expression level of miR-3934-5p in tumor tissues and adjacent normal tissues was measured by qRT-PCR.The patients were followed up for 12 to 24 months.Twenty-three patients who died were assigned to death group,and 85 patients who survived were assigned to survival group.Univariate analysis and multivariate COX regression models were used to evaluate the prognostic factors of gastric cancer.Results The expression level of miR-3934-5p in castric cancer tissue was higher than that in adjacent normal tissues(P<0.05).Univariate analysis showed that there were significant differences in the degree of differentiation,depth of invasion,lymph node metastasis,distant metastasis,TNM stage,and miR-3934-5p expression level between the death group and survival group(P<0.05).COX regression model showed that poor differentiation,invasion depth(T3+T4),lymph node metastasis,distant metastasis,TNM stage(Ⅲ+Ⅳ),and miR-3934-5p expression level were independent risk factors for the prognosis of gastric cancer(P<0.05).Conclusion MiR-3934-5p is highly expressed in gastric cancer tissue,which may be an important risk factor affecting short-term prognosis of gastric cancer.
