创新型老年医学硕士研究生培养模式初探

随着人口老龄化程度的不断进展,老年医学迅速发展,对老年医学研究生的培养也逐渐引起重视。由于老年医学学科综合性较强,原有的以培养专业技术人才和培养科研学术人才相互独立的培养模式已经无法适应现时代的要求。培养出具有较强创新精神和创新能力的老年医学硕士研究生,已成为老年医学研究生教育培养的主要课题。文章通过问卷结果结合老年医学硕士研究生培养工作实际,从改善教学模式、提升导师队伍素质以及加强学术交流等方面,针对性地提出了创新型老年医学硕士研究生培养建议。

With the progress of population aging,geriatric medicine is developing rapidly,and the cultivation of postgraduates in geriatric medicine is gradually attracting attention.Due to the strong integration of geriatrics disciplines,the previous training model is unable to meet the current requirements.Cultivating geriatrics postgraduate students with strong innovation spirit and innovation ability has become the main issue of geriatrics postgraduate education.Through the questionnaire combined with the actual work of geriatrics postgraduate cultivation,the article puts forward targeted suggestions for innovative geriatrics postgraduate training in terms of improving the teaching model,enhancing the quality of the supervisor team and strengthening academic exchanges.
