太浦河流域“五态”综合治理研究

Study on Comprehensive Management of“Five States”in Taipu River Basin

太浦江是长江三角洲生态绿色一体化示范区的重要河道,针对太浦河流域水安全、生态、景观、交通和工业治理的重点和难点,从人文角度出发,引入了考虑自然地理的生态敏感性单因子评价指标体系,引入生态资源和社会经济,科学引导治理措施,推动水体优化和水质提升、土地功能调整、产业转型升级、公共空间互联互通、环境景观塑造等全方位工作。打造生态、形态、文态、业态、神态的“五态”功能,为建设生态绿色示范河和集艺术性、实用性、安全性、景观性于一体的世界级清水绿色走廊提供综合治理思路。

Taipu River is an important river course in the Yangtze River Delta Ecological Green Integration Demonstration Zone.Aiming at the key points and difficulties of water security,ecology,landscape,transportation,and industrial governance in the Taipu River Basin,from the perspective of humanities,a single-factor evaluation index system for ecological sensitivity considering physical geography is introduced,ecological resources and social economy are introduced,and governance is scientifically guided.Measures to promote water body optimization and water quality improvement,land function adjustment,industrial transformation and upgrading,public space interconnection,environmental landscape shaping and other all-round work.“Five states”function will be create that is the ecology,form,literature,business form and expression to provide comprehensive management ideas for the construction of ecological green demonstration rivers.A world-class clear water green corridor integrating artistry,practicability,safety,and landscape will be formed.
