珠江三角洲水资源配置工程盾构下穿大金山工效分析

摘要 通过对珠江三角洲水资源配置工程A2标项目盾构下穿大金山掘进实际工效情况进行跟踪统计,采用重点因素分析法,针对主要影响因素刀具更换、泥浆质量、注浆效果、密封保护等对盾构掘进工效的影响进行分析并提出相应控制措施;进一步分析盾构穿越地质复杂环境下的各项费用,提出设计和施工阶段的建议措施,可供工程管理人员参考。 At present,there are few researches on the excavation efficiency of shield tunneling in special geological environments.In this paper,the actual construction efficiency of shield tunneling in complex environments is tracked and counted.The key factor analysis method is used to analyze the influence on the construction efficiency of shield tunneling,such as cutter replacement,mud quality,grouting effect,sealing protection,etc.Corresponding control measures are proposed.It is further analyzed the various costs of shield tunneling in the complex geological environment,and suggested measures are put forward in the design and construction stages for the reference of the majority of the project management personnel.
