摘要
对冲床工作装置进行了运动和动力研究,基于ADAMS建立了冲床的虚拟样机模型,实现了运动和动力仿真,对机构的自由度、急回特性等运动特性和冲压力等动力特性进行了仿真研究。分析结果证实冲床运动特性满足加工要求,对冲压加工材料成形具有一定的参考价值,为加工提供了有效的依据,有较强的实用性。对于缩短产品的研发和生产周期、提高生产效率、降低生产成本,提高企业竞争力可以起到明显的促进作用。
The motion and dynamics of the working device of the punching machine have been studied. The virtual prototype model of the punch has been established based on ADAMS, the motion and dynamics simulation have been realized. The motion characteristics such as the degree of freedom and quick-return characteristics of the mechanism and the dynamic characteristics such as the impact pressure have been simulated.The analysis results confirm that the motion characteristics of the punching machine meet the processing requirements, which has certain reference value for the forming of the stamping materials, provides an effective basis for the processing, and has strong practicability. It can play a significant role in shortening the R&D and production cycle of products, improving production efficiency, reducing production costs and improving the competitiveness of enterprises.
