摘要
结合上海临港G60科创云廊二期项目01-05地块工程施工实践,介绍了项目深基坑开挖的关键施工技术。针对深基坑面积大、无栈桥、仅1道支撑和周边环境复杂的施工特点,利用时空效应和土体平衡的特性,采用跳仓法进行开挖,采用路基箱架空支撑铺路以保护支撑,并实时监测基坑动态数据,最终降低了基坑开挖阶段的风险,同时达到了保护基坑周边环境的效果,可为类似基坑工程提供参考。
Combined with the construction practice of Shanghai Lingang G60 Scientific and Innovation Cloud Corridor PhaseⅡProject Lot 01-05,the key construction technology of deep foundation pit excavation is introduced.In view of the construction characteristics of deep foundation pit,such as large area,without trestle,only one support and complex surrounding environment,using the characteristics of time-space effect and soil balance,the alternative bay construction method is adopted for excavation,the subgrade box overhead support is used for paving to protect the support,and the dynamic data of the foundation pit is monitored in real time.Finally,the risk in the excavation stage of the foundation pit is reduced,and the effect of protecting the surrounding environment of the foundation pit is achieved.It can provide reference for similar foundation pit projects.
