摘要
结合深圳星河雅宝3#地块项目具有紧邻同期建设中的地铁车站、含大量微风化花岗岩待挖、工期紧张等难点的深基坑工程,研究和应用了“先顺后半逆”和“先顺后全逆”相结合的施工技术、静态破碎结合水磨钻的挖岩技术、密闭肥槽回填技术,对地铁车站结构和基坑支护结构变形进行了动态监测,验证了先顺后逆施工技术的高效性和可靠性,可为具有类似特点的工程提供借鉴。
Combined with the deep foundation pit project of Shenzhen Xinghe Yabao Block 3 Project,which is adjacent to the subway station under construction at the same time,contains a large amount of slightly weathered granite to be excavated,and is required with tight construction period,the construction technology of"sequential construction followed by half reverse construction"and"sequential construction followed by full reverse construction",rock excavation technology of static crushing combined with water milling drilling,and closed foundation trench backfilling technology are studied and applied to dynamically monitor the deformation of subway station structure and foundation pit support structure.It verifies the efficiency and reliability of the technology of sequential construction followed by reverse construction,which can provide reference for projects with similar characteristics.
