摘要 为解决泉州上实海上海项目避难层悬挑混凝土结构模板支撑体系施工难题,结合避难层悬挑结构特点,以及附着式升降脚手架工况下悬挑结构需二次施工的情况,采用下撑式钢平台、上端钢丝绳反拉作为安全绳的混凝土支撑平台的施工方法进行施工。经现场实施,支撑平台能够为悬挑混凝土结构提供可靠支撑,其技术可行、操作简单、安全系数高,可在后期类似项目中推广应用。 To solve the construction problem of the formwork supporting system of refuge floor cantilever concrete structure of the Quanzhou Shangshi HaiShangHai Project,combined with the characteristics of refuge floor cantilever structure and the problem that the secondary construction is required for the cantilever structure under the working condition of the attached lifting scaffold,the construction method of the bottom-supported steel platform and the concrete supporting platform with the upper steel wire rope as the safety rope are used for construction.The field implementation shows that the supporting platform can provide reliable support for the cantilever concrete structure.The technology is feasible,the operation is simple,and the safety factor is high,which can be popularized and applied in similar projects in the later period.
