摘要 为解决大跨度多曲面异形张弦梁钢结构施工中存在的难题,通过有限元分析软件对结构进行整体建模和找形分析,对张拉过程进行模拟,并确定每个索构件的下料长度,同时确定最合理的预应力张拉顺序施工方案。在完成BIM+全站仪定位放线、双拼式标准节支撑架搭设、大跨度张弦梁分段空中拼装等施工后,通过分组分级对称同步张拉等工艺进行张弦梁预应力拉索的施工,同时在整个施工过程中对整个结构主要受力构件进行全程实时应力应变监测,保证了预应力加载过程中的结构安全性,最终实现大跨度多曲面异形张弦梁钢结构屋盖的顺利施工。 To solve the problems existing in the construction of large-span multi-surface special-shaped beam string steel structure,the finite element analysis software is used to perform the overall modeling and form-finding analysis of the structure,simulate the tensioning process,determine the blanking length of each cable component,and determine the most reasonable construction scheme of prestressed tensioning sequence.After the completion of BIM+total station positioning and setting out,the erection of double standard truss,and the segmental aerial assembly of large-span beam string,the construction of prestressed cables of the beam string is carried out through grouping,grading,symmetric and synchronous tensioning and other processes.At the same time,real-time stress and strain monitoring of the main stressed members of the whole structure is carried out throughout the construction process,which ensures the structural safety in the process of prestressed loading,and finally,realizes the smooth construction of large-span multi curved surface special-shaped beam string steel structure roof.
