摘要
在对天然气两步重整制甲醇的管式转化炉的工作原理进行介绍的基础上,对天然气两步重整制甲醇的大型管式转化炉的模块化制造流程进行了研究,并讨论了转化炉模块化实施最为关键核心的辐射段模块的施工技术。从异形炉管焊接、轻型耐火材料工厂化烘烤、屋顶结构免预装等方面对施工技术进行了总结,以期为类似项目提供借鉴。
Based on the introduction of the working principle of the tubular converter for two-step reforming of natural gas to methanol,the modular manufacturing process of the large-scale tubular converter for two-step reforming of natural gas to methanol is studied,and the construction technology of the radiation section module,which is the most critical core of the modular implementation of the converter is discussed.The construction technology is summarized from the aspects of welding of special-shaped furnace tubes,factory baking of light refractory materials,pre-assembly free of roof structures,etc..It is expected to provide reference for similar projects.
