沙漠砂砂浆耐高温性能试验研究

摘要 为得到沙漠砂砂浆高温后力学性能,配置沙漠砂替代率分别为0、20%、40%、60%、80%和100%,受火温度分别为100、200、300、500、700℃,对经历不同温度后沙漠砂砂浆抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度、抗折强度、超声波速、孔隙率和电镜扫描进行试验研究。试验结果表明,随受火温度的升高,沙漠砂替代率较高砂浆的强度和超声波速降低较小,沙漠砂替代率较高砂浆的孔隙率增长幅度较小,沙漠砂替代率较高砂浆的裂纹扩展较小;沙漠砂砂浆与普通砂浆相比具有较好的耐高温性能。 To obtain the mechanical properties of desert sand mortar after high temperature,the replacement rate of desert sand is 0,20%,40%,60%,80%and 100%respectively,and the fire temperature is 100,200,300,500 and 700℃respectively.The compressive strength,splitting tensile strength,flexural strength,ultrasonic wave velocity,porosity and electron microscope scanning of desert sand mortar after experiencing different temperatures are tested and studied.The test results show that with the increase of fire temperature,the strength and ultrasonic velocity decrease of mortar with higher desert sand replacement rate are smaller,the porosity growth of mortar with higher desert sand replacement rate is smaller,and the crack growth of mortar with higher desert sand replacement rate is smaller.It is concluded that the desert sand mortar has better high temperature resistance than the ordinary mortar.
