基于Pickering乳液的纳米SiO_(2)乳化沥青稳定性研究 被引量:2

摘要 依托筛上剩余量、储存稳定性2个宏观指标和颗粒粒度分析这一微观指标,分别对基于Pickering乳液的稳定机理开发的新型纳米SiO_(2)乳化沥青(Pickering乳化沥青)与传统普通乳化沥青的物理稳定性、机械稳定性和化学稳定性进行深入研究和对比。试验结果表明:在乳化沥青储存初期,Pickering乳化沥青和传统普通乳化沥青差距不大,超过5 d后传统普通乳化沥青储存稳定性急剧下降,而Pickering乳化沥青仍保持良好的稳定性,优势明显。因此,实际工程应用中一旦出现乳化沥青需要储存5d以上的情况,传统普通乳化沥青难以满足要求,而Pickering乳化沥青则解决了传统普通乳化沥青长期储存稳定性不足的难题。 The physical stability,mechanical stability and chemical stability of the new nano-SiO 2 emulsified asphalt(Pickering emulsified asphalt)developed based on the stability mechanism of Pickering emulsion land the traditional ordinary emulsified asphalt are studied and compared in depth based on the two macro-indicators of the residue on the sieve and storage stability and the micro-indicator of particle size analysis.The test results show that there is little difference between Pickering emulsified asphalt and traditional ordinary emulsified asphalt at the initial stage of emulsified asphalt storage.After more than 5 d,the storage stability of traditional ordinary emulsified asphalt drops sharply,while Pickering emulsified asphalt still maintains good stability with obvious advantages.Therefore,once the emulsified asphalt needs to be stored for more than 5 d in practical engineering applications,traditional ordinary emulsified asphalt is difficult to meet the requirements,while Pickering emulsified asphalt solves the problem of insufficient long-term storage stability of traditional ordinary emulsified asphalt.
