为有效控制工程中的变更,运用价值工程理论对医院建设项目工程变更控制进行了研究。从医院工程的复杂性、长期性和动态性出发,梳理了价值工程的核心概念并对相关研究进行述评,分析了价值工程的分析程序。依托某医院诊疗中心项目中食堂建设的案例,应用价值分析方法,优选变更方案,达到了最佳的实施效果,实现了工程项目的提质增效,为类似工程的变更管理提供了参考经验。

In order to effectively control the change in the project,the value engineering theory is used to study the change control of hospital construction projects.Starting from the complexity,long term and dynamic nature of hospital engineering,the core concepts of value engineering is sorted out and the relevant research is reviewed,and the analysis procedure of value engineering is analyzed.Relying on the case of canteen construction in a hospital diagnosis and treatment center project,the value analysis method is applied to optimize the change scheme,so that the best implementation effect is achieved and the quality and efficiency of the project are improved.It can provide reference experience for change management of similar projects.
