现代学徒制视域下技能大师工作室人才培养模式创新探究

Research on the Innovation of Talent Training Mode of Skill Master Studio from the Perspective of Modern Apprenticeship System

随着国家政策和社会需求的推动,技能大师工作室在职业教育中的作用日益增强。“双高计划”实施深入对技能大师工作室通过产教融合、校企合作推动人才培养质量提升提出了更高要求。以现代学徒制内涵为基础,以立德树人为根本任务,以现代学徒制为基本理念,以就业为导向,通过集“技术交流、技术攻关、科技研发、技艺传承、资助扶助”五功能于一体来创新改革高职技能大师工作室,构建工作室“德志智技创”融合的三阶递进式人才培养创新模式。

Skill master studio plays an important role in vocational education.With the implementation of the“Double High Plan”,the construction of majors group puts forward higher requirements for the skill master studio to promote the improvement of talent training quality.On the basis of analyzing the connotation of modern apprenticeship system,aiming at the common problems of the master studio,the five functions of“technical exchange,technical breakthrough,scientific and technological research and development,skill inheritance,as well as financial assistance and intellectual support”are proposed.
